- Adult Day Program

The Adult Day Program serves people 21 and older with developmental disabilities who need a daily program of activities to develop skills in adaptive living, self-help and personal awareness. We provide both on-site activities as well as a variety of community-based activities that expand the experiences and opportunities our participants both enjoy and deserve to be exposed to. In many cases, our staff advisors seek employment opportunities and/or volunteer position for those clients who express a desire to either work or volunteer in the community.
- Learn-A-Way Developmental Day Care Center

This four day a week program addresses the educational and developmental needs of children ages birth through three years old who are experiencing any type of delay including mental, physical, emotional, social or environmental. For enrollment information contact the program director.
- Provider Skills Training

Staff training courses are offered to employees throughout the South Jersey region who work with people with developmental disabilities and other needs. Please click on our training link for a complete list of courses currently being offered. Call our training department for prices and scheduling.
- Recreation

The recreation program offers a range of activities that includes monthly dances, monthly get-togethers of The Club, a nightclub atmosphere with dancing and socializing; Night Out for Dinner and a Movie get-togethers, day and overnight trips, picnics, swim parties and other seasonal activities. - Residential Living

The Residential Living Program is designed to meet the needs of men and women with developmental disabilities, most of whom lived previously in state development centers. The program provides both houses and apartments. The concept of normalization is stressed by promoting interpersonal skills and increased independence among the adults in the program.
- Summer Camp

Camp Renape is a recreational day camp offered for four weeks each August for 27 people with developmental disabilities. Campers range in age from 13 years and up. They enjoy socialization, horseback riding, sports, swimming, games, arts and crafts and outings to local attractions. Anyone interested in attending camp must apply to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. *

The Arc of Burlington County offers this program to help individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities from Burlington County and their families to help navigate the ins and outs of services available to them and how to go about receiving those services.
